Representing and advising Pharmadule OÜ

Representing and advising Pharmadule OÜ’s management board at the management buyout transaction wherein the members of the management board acquired the Estonian company from the Scandinavian company which was a leader of delivering modular pharma and biopharma facilities.

Advising Pharmadule OÜ and its majority shareholder in a transaction for raising additional capital, including drafting and negotiating a shareholders’ agreement and redesigning the corporate structure. The capital was raised by Telstar SA, who became a strategic partner and co-owner of Pharmadule OÜ.

Pharmadule OÜ is specialized in manufacturing modules for different industries such as pharma, biopharma and construction industries.
