This notice explains how Hedman Partners processes users’ (hereinafter “you”) personal data in relation to the Hedman Partners contact form and newsletter. Additionally, we process personal data when you respond to our recruitment postings on our website.

During the recruitment process, we review your LinkedIn profile and CV you have provided to select possible candidates. We will use your contact information to get in touch with you.

Storage of personal data

Retention

Typically, we store users’ personal data for 1 year after you make a query through our website. We erase personal data after the above-described storage period or when you request us to erase your personal data. In the event of a dispute, the personal data will be retained until an agreement is reached or until the due date for the claim expires.
