This year the team advised the shareholders of one of the biggest web developers in Estonia, Mekaia, on selling a minority shareholding to one of the largest web development agencies in Europe: Wunderkraut.
The firm also assisted the Stockmann Group, a leading Scandinavian department store, as it transferred, as an intergroup transaction, the business of retail chain Seppälä to its subsidiary Seppälä Estonia.
Elsewhere the team advised YU Sports in the acquisition of shares of Exklusiv Horse Wear and the business activity of Osaühing S-Remmen in order to start manufacturing clothes for horses to support the retail sale of YU Sports in France and worldwide.
