Hedman assisted HiTower.app in making a MiCA-compliant notification of a whitepaper

Hedman Law Firm assisted HiTower Labs with the notification of a whitepaper to the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority (FSA).

This was the first such notification submitted and successfully aligned with the FSA in Estonia.

MiCA lays the foundation for a new era of crypto regulation in the European Union. Achieving MiCA-compliant whitepaper notification provides HiTower with operational security and a competitive advantage, opening the door to scaling its Real World Assets (RWA) tokenization model across Europe.

Hedman Law Firm’s role included providing advice on the notification materials, advice on the required disclosures, and support in communications with the regulator.
