Hedman acts as the collateral agent for Volta SKAI’s €8 million bond issue

Volta SKAI‘s public offering, conducted outside the regulated market, attracted 112 investors across the Baltics – including investment funds, asset managers, bond funds and sophisticated private investors – and was 2.2 times oversubscribed, with allocations to 61 investors.

The Volta SKAI bond programme is planned at €30 million in aggregate, including subsequent tranches. The bonds are secured by a first-ranking mortgage in favour of the collateral agent over the Volta SKAI property at Krulli 10, Tallinn.

The proceeds will be used to refinance existing obligations and to finance the construction of the first tower of the Volta SKAI high-rise. Endover OÜ is the project’s development partner. 

Hedman also serves as a collateral agent for bond issues by Endover OÜ’s affiliates VK16 OÜ and POS11 OÜ.
