Hedman advised Elevator Ventures in its investment in Bob W

Hedman advised Austria-based Elevator Ventures, a corporate venture capital entity of Raiffeisen Bank International, in its investment into Bob W, a tech-driven hospitality provider based in Helsinki and Tallinn.

Hedman advised Elevator Ventures in concluding the investment documentation and ultimate negotiations with the target.

Bob W raised a total of 21MEUR in a Series A round which included IDC Ventures, Verve Ventures, and Flashpoint as significant investors. 

Elevator Ventures is a venture capital company that aims to become a leading corporate venture capital partner for fintechs in the CEE, focusing mainly on early-stage and growth investments in the fintech sector with tickets up to 3 MEUR.
