Hedman advised Mainor AS in investing in Activate Health

To get involved in launching the success story of the new generation of Estonian health technology, Mainor AS invested 200 000 euros in the health technology start-up Activate Health.

This year, Mainor AS will invest more than one million euros in the knowledge-based development of the Ülemiste City talent environment to continue the development of the knowledge-based environment in the largest business town in the Baltics, where it is equally designed for talent-friendly public space and jobs.

Hedman advised the client in conducting the due diligence, drafting the investment documents, and assisting the client in negotiations.
