Hedman advised the client in investing in a startup via a venture loan facility. The loan facility is secured by several security instruments.

Hedman drafted the necessary documentation for the successful closing of the deal, including the venture loan facility agreement and the necessary security agreements, such as commercial pledge agreement, subordination of claims agreement, and account pledge agreement.
