Hedman advised Group EcoBox in raising more than 500 000 euros

EcoPetBox, an Estonian manufacturing company for nature-friendly and biodegradable pet products founded in 2019,  raised more than 500 000 euros, which will be used for business development and expanding to new markets.

Awarded with several prizes, EcoPetBox products are made of recycled paper and carton which makes the end product also recyclable and/or compostable.

Hedman assisted the client in preparing all the necessary documents related to the investment and closing the deal, including negotiations with the investors.

In total, 20 investors participated in the financing round, including members of Luxembourg Business Angel Network led by Romain Hoffman and Michel Rzonzef.
