Hedman advises the Estonian film heritage streaming platform Arkaader

Arkaader is a joint project of the Estonian Film Institute and the National Archives of Estonia. Arkaader is a streaming platform for Estonian film heritage, consisting of feature films, documentaries, animated films and cinema chronicles.

Hedman drafted the platform license agreements, cooperation agreements, terms of use and data processing notices.

The Arkaader project is being advised by partner Toomas Seppel and specialist data privacy counsel Andres Ojaver.
