Hedman advised STIHL Digital in making an investment in Fairown

Fairown has raised 4.2 million euros from STIHL Digital and existing investors Main Incubator, the early-stage investor of Commerzbank AG and primeCROWD.

Hedman assisted the investor in conducting the legal due diligence and drafting all the relevant deal documentation.

STIHL Digital invests from late Seed to Series B, with sweet spot series A. They prefer to syndicate with existing or new investors and can take the lead as necessary. They also buy startups and even sometimes build their own companies.

Fairown provides a unique cloud-native payment platform that allows environmentally conscious businesses to offer products for monthly subscriptions and manage products renewal cycles. It helps brands to increase sales and improve customer loyalty in a responsible way.
