Hedman advised Katana on raising a 35 million dollar investment

Katana raised a 35 million dollar investment in the Series B round, bringing the total funds raised to date to 51 million dollars.

Hedman advised the client through the investment process, drafting the necessary documents – the investment agreement, SHA, AOA, and shareholders’ resolution required to effect the changes in the commercial register.

Katana is an industry-leading manufacturing ERP, serving over 1,300 companies in 80 countries. The funds will drive extensive product development plans for Katana’s platform approach to building an end-to-end manufacturing ecosystem.

The Series B round was led by VC firm Northzone, with the participation of Lightrock and existing investors Atomico and 42CAP.

The client was advised by senior associates Kati Pino and Taavi Kõiv.
