Hedman advised Baltic LEI in the transformation from a private limited company into a public limited company

Hedman drafted the necessary documentation, including the resolution on transformation and the new articles of association as well as carried out the process in the Commercial Registry.

Baltic LEI, established in 2017, is the official LEI code registration agent in Estonia. The company offers a convenient and affordable LEI code registration service and has made major investments in automatic data processing and developed integrations to retrieve data from official registers both in Estonia and in several Scandinavian countries, such as Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
