Anastasia supports our attorneys in matters relating to corporate law and mergers and acquisitions mainly in the management of incorporation of legal entities, mergers (including cross-border mergers), and various contractual issues.
In addition, Anastasia supports attorneys in questions relating to immigration and intellectual property law.
Anastasia has extensive experience in the structures of the European Commission as she has practiced with the European Commission Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) in Brussels, conducting administrative investigations related to programs, projects, and grants funded by the European Union.
In addition, being the sole Estonian in OLAF, Anastasia provided colleagues with legal expertise on Estonian law.
