Hedman advised GoSwift on developing a comprehensive licensing model for the queue management system (QMS) platform. We created the SaaS agreement comprising general terms and special terms, which enabled GoSwift to expand its solution into new markets, ensuring seamless adaptation to various regional requirements.

GoSwift develops and implements digital transportation management solutions to ensure swift operations in logistics processes. The solution is provided to businesses via a SaaS subscription model.
