Hedman advised and represented kood/jõhvi in the planning and execution of public procurements for the construction of their school building and the purchase of fixed assets, as well as in the execution of concluded procurement contracts and negotiations.

Kood/Jõhvi is an international programming school created for adults of all ages who seek opportunities for self-development or retraining. In addition to offering high-level education and training top specialists, the school helps alleviate the shortage of software developers in Estonia, provides a new alternative to traditional schools, and strengthens the Estonian education system.
