Hedman advised Talent Protocol in the launching of a web3 tokenisation platform

Hedman assisted the client with the establishment of an Estonian entity responsible for the operation and development of the webpage, preparation of terms and conditions for the webpage, private sale organisation of the native platform token, and regulatory compliance of the project.

Talent Protocol is a web3 platform where talent can easily launch a token for their career, and where users can back people they believe in.  It is a community-driven organization with a small core team, backed up by an extended team and the entire network of users. Their code is open-source and their decisions are public.
