Hedman advised Estonian software boutique Outl1ne on its merger with Net Group. With this merger, Net Group acquired 100% ownership of Outl1ne, aiming to bolster its expertise in artificial intelligence and specialize in large language models.

Outl1ne is a digital product company focused on UI/UX design and software development.
