Hedman advised the client on acquiring a dual-use goods export license from the Estonian Strategic Goods Commission.

Hedman supported Swarmer throughout the entire application process — from initial qualification of the software to drafting of the application and receiving the approval.

Swarmer develops software for drone reliability, AI collaborative integration, and management on autonomous drone missions.

Swarmer provides solutions by integrating real-world feedback, enhancing UAS capabilities without sacrificing ethical principles. To make cross-border transfers of its dual-use software Swarmer required an export license from the Estonian Strategic Goods Commission.

The client was advised by the associate Vladislav Linko and assisted by junior associate Berta Ly Tepaskind.
