Hedman assisted ANSWR in raising an investment round

ANSWR, formally known as Owow, makes expensive salon treatments accessible to everyone by providing convenient at-home alternatives inspired by real experts – its customers. Launched in 2019 by bringing the first-ever at-home keratin treatment to market, rivaling expensive salon alternatives that took the industry by storm. 

Hedman advised the company during their seed round raised in 2021 and continued to counsel during the recent follow-on investment led by Streetsmart Capital. 

The Hedman team assisted the client with the negotiations of the investment documents, composing the documents required as conditions precedents and the actions needed to complete the financing round.
