Hedman Partners assisted the client on the token sale and digitizing assets, as well as in applying for cryptocurrency activity licenses, and GDPR compliance.

For this deal, the achieved goal was to tokenize real estate assets by combining crowdfunding and blockchain. To our best knowledge, this type of business model had not previously been put to practice and is a fast-evolving area of the law, demonstrating how we advise on cutting-edge areas of the law.
