Hedman Partners advised Narrativa on raising 1.5 million euros

Narrativa, one of the most internationally-renowned start-ups, raised 1,5 million euros. The investment was made by Spanish Angel Investors Group R2 Seed Investments S.A, Gaming Usaldusfond, and other convertible lenders.

Hedman Partners prepared all the documents related to the investment, including SHA, IA, the shareholders’ resolution, and the documentation required for the conversion.

Narrativa is a machine learning-based platform to build and deploy natural language solutions to automate content, optimise processes and take businesses to the next level. Narrativa’s main focus is Life Sciences where it automates Clinical Study Reports, Patient Safety Narratives, eCTD Dossier, and other regulatory reports related to Clinical Trials.
