Hedman Partners advised Planet42 on securing an investment of € 2,200,000

Hedman Partners has advised Inclusion OÜ (Planet42), a provider of long-term rental vehicles in South Africa through its wholly-owned subsidiary, on securing an investment of € 2,200,000.

The transaction advisory was led by associate Kati Pino and managing partner Merlin Salvik.

Hedman Partners drew up documentation necessary for the successful completion of the investment transaction, the conversion of the outstanding convertible loans, and the regulation of the relationship between the shareholders.

The investment round was led by Change Ventures, a venture fund focused on backing start-ups with global reach and Baltic founders and included multiple well-known Estonian investors.
