Hedman Partners advised the founders of the Estonian smartphone app Taxify in attracting investments

Attorney-at-law Merlin Salvik and advocate Toomas Seppel advised the founders of Taxify in drafting the financing and shareholders’ agreements, under which angel investors from the USA, Europe and Asia made a 100 000 dollar seed round investment into the company.

Estonian smartphone app Taxify brings together taxi companies and clients enabling clients to book taxies by using the app.
