Hedman Partners assisted SWISS PROPERTY Group AG, one of the leading real estate developers in Switzerland, in acquisition of a majority shareholding in Polorex Interior OÜ by way of increase of the share capital against making an equity investment into the company.

Polorex Interior OÜ is an Estonian company oriented to manufacturing and designing high-quality furniture and details of interior decoration with special solutions, operating primarily on foreign markets. The aim of the deal is to create new business opportunities for and strengthen collaboration between the parties.

Hedman Partners was represented by partners Dmitri Tšimpoaka and Merlin Salvik, who ensured the successful completion of the transaction by meticulously drafting the necessary documentation for negotiations.
