Partner of Hedman Partners, Valter Võhma, will be attending as a speaker at a seminar in London, which will focus on the driving force behind innovation and new solutions that are shaping the future of governance and business in Estonia and beyond.
The seminar speakers include Estonian experts showcasing best practices from both the private and public sector. Valter’s presentation will cover Estonian legislation and practice related to start-up financing, establishing and managing a limited partnership fund, as well as the taxation framework of limited partnerships for Estonian and foreign investors.
