Trainer: Kaire Sepper

Hedman’s associate Kaire Sepper worked in the bailiff’s office for a long time and got familiar with the peculiarities of enforcement proceedings. In recent years, together with lawyers, she has been advising debt collectors, debtors and other parties to enforcement proceedings. Previously, Kaire also worked at the Ministry of the Interior, and in 2013 she graduated with an MA in Law from the University of Tartu.
