Hedman Law Firm advised CommerzVentures, a specialized fintech VC and prominent early-stage venture capital Speedinvest, on Tuum’s €25 million Series B funding round, an Estonian fintech offering a new and modular core banking solution.

With its latest investments in Tuum, CommerzVentures is looking to back a new core banking leader.
Speedinvest is one of Europe’s most active early-stage venture capital funds, managing over €400 million in assets.
Hedman assisted the client in all stages of the investment, from negotiation and due diligence to the conclusion of the investment documents.
