Hedman advised Ari Care on Forgo acquisition

Hedman advised cleantech startup Ari Care on its recent strategic acquisition of Swedish personal care products brand Forgo. The deal supports Ari Care’s expansion goals.

Founded in 2021, Ari Care has pioneered revolutionary manufacturing methods for cleaning and personal care products allowing customers to  “just add water.” This significantly reduces product size, weight, and CO2 emissions from transport. Among many other recognitions, the female-led company received the Startup of the Year 2022 award from Cleantech Estonia and the Next Big Thing award from ClimateLaunchPad.

Hedman advised the client on the entire acquisition, from the share swap agreement to the new shareholder agreement and other corporate legal matters.
