Hedman advised cleantech startup Themo in raising 1.3 million euros

Hedman Law Firm advised Themo in raising 1.3 million euros in a funding round led by renewable energy company Sunly through its investment arm Sunly Innovation 2. With the investment, the company plans to strengthen its market position and improve its innovative energy solutions.

Founded in 2014, Themo is an Estonian-Finnish cleantech startup creating smart heating products for efficient electricity grids. Their flagship product is the Themo smart thermostat, which optimises electric heaters for energy efficiency and sustainability.
