Hedman Partners advised Potion Labs in raising funds

Hedman Partners advised Potion Labs in raising funds from investors. 

Potion is developing a decentralized protocol for the creation of put option contracts, enabling to protect various assets. The project was first developed during the #hackmoney hackathon in 2020 and has received excellent feedback from the industry.

Among else, Hedman advised Potion Labs in setting up an Estonian establishment and assisted the founders in the successful conclusion of the investment negotiations.
