Hedman advised Siena Secondary Fund in acquiring shares

Hedman advised the investment fund Siena Secondary Fund on the acquisition of Starship Technologies Inc., a start-up company that builds robot couriers.

Siena Secondary Fund provides liquidity for early investors, founders, and employees of high-growth startups from the “New Nordic” (Baltics & Scandinavia) region. 

They target companies which are usually post series A, have a solid business model, and are still in the high growth phase.
