Hedman assisted DriveX in raising 1 million dollars in an investment round

DriveX, a vehicle verification AI-powered solution, has raised 1 million dollars. The money will be used for expansion across Europe and beyond and will support the emergence of new use cases in vehicle rental, leasing, and sales processes.

The seed round was led by DEPO Ventures, joined by Plug and Play Tech Center from Silicon Valley, Startup Wise Guys, Fund Fellow Founders, and existing investors.

Hedman assisted the client with drafting the investment documents, negotiations, and all the actions needed to complete the financing round.
