Hedman helped clients recover €3.5 million from the bankruptcy of CoinLoan OÜ

Hedman represented several clients in the more than two-year-long bankruptcy proceedings of CoinLoan OÜ, which have now reached a significant positive outcome – a total of €100 million will be paid out to creditors. This means that the rate of satisfied claims is 51%. Further distributions are expected in the future, which may increase the total amount recovered by creditors.

The clients represented by Hedman will receive over €3.5 million from the bankruptcy estate. The firm’s role throughout the proceedings included drafting claims and applications for exclusion of assets, submitting positions in response to objections, and maintaining continuous communication with the bankruptcy trustee to safeguard clients’ interests.
