Hedman Partners advised Avokaado in acquiring a 700 000 EUR pre-seed investment

Avokaado (https://avokaado.io/), a digital workspace for contract lifecycle management, raised 700 000 EUR with the participation of a Hong Kong business accelerator and angel investor ParticleX.

The funding round also included an angel investment of 344 000 EUR through Funderbeam. The funds will be used to develop the automated contract management platform.

Avokaado, founded in 2016, helps businesses automate their document workflows so they can delegate, scale, and control legal operations without risks and by saving time. Up to now, Avokaado has enterprise clients in 7 markets – the Baltics, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Norway.
