Software company Scoro has raised 13,5 million euros from the UK funds Kennet Partners and Columbia Lake Partners and existing investors Inventure, Livonia Partners, and Tera Ventures.
The investment makes Scoro one of the top software companies in Estonia to receive funding from venture capital funds. The investment will be used to support the global expansion and entry into new markets.
Hedman Partners assisted Sheridans (attorney Howard Watt), the lead counsel to Kennet Partners, in matters pertaining to Estonian law, including supporting the due diligence process and corporate documentation.
