Hedman represented Repligen Estonia (formerly Artesyn Biosolutions) in negotiating the development of a new factory and office building.

Hedman provided full legal support in the project, including negotiating and amending the development agreement. As a result, the new LEED Silver level compliant building of 7500m2 in size, with solar panels and recyclable water system was built in Jüri.

Repligen is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts with major manufacturing sites in Massachusetts, California, and New Jersey in the United States and in Sweden, France, The Netherlands, Germany and Estonia.
