Hanne-Loore Mööl
Hanne-Loore is an experienced legal practitioner providing counsel to both private individuals and corporate clients. She specialises in civil law, with particular expertise in corporate and contract law, M&A, commercial agreements, as well as healthcare and medical law.
She advises public multidisciplinary hospitals, private healthcare companies and surgical clinics on a broad range of operational, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Her sector experience also includes advising biotechnology, MedTech, and health-tech companies, including businesses active in developing medicines for genetic diseases, antibody discovery, cell line development and GMP manufacturing, infection-control and hygiene products, advanced wound-care technologies, and wellness solutions.
