Hanne-Loore is an experienced legal practitioner providing counsel to both private individuals and corporate clients. She specialises in civil law, with particular expertise in corporate and contract law, M&A, commercial agreements, as well as healthcare and medical law.
Hanne-Loore advises multidisciplinary hospitals, healthcare companies and private clinics, among others. Her experience also includes advising companies in biotechnology, MedTech and HealthTech, including clients engaged in drug development, GMP manufacturing and high-tech therapeutic solutions.
With more than ten years of experience in representing and advising clients, Hanne-Loore has developed substantial expertise in employment law and intellectual property.
