Hedman Law Firm advised NordicNinja VC on its investment in Arbonics, a pioneering Estonian climate tech startup. This €5.5 million seed round funding, raised from NordicNinja, Plural, and Tilia Impact Ventures, brings Arbonics’ total capital raised to €7.3 million. With this funding, the company is positioned to revolutionise the European forest-carbon removal landscape.
Last year, in cooperation with Tartu University geoinformatics researchers, Arbonics created a digital tool that helps find suitable land for new afforestation and calculates in a minute how much carbon income a landowner can earn by planting a forest.
