Hedman Partners advised the Bidrento platform on the application of requirements for processing of personal data (GDPR), including drafting the terms of service, privacy policy and other necessary notifications.

Bidrento is the first and only rental real estate platform in Estonia, which gives the lessor and the lessee the opportunity to negotiate the rental price in an online environment. Bidrento saves up the valuable time of both the lessor and lessee, acting as the intermediary on providing the rental property and lessee’s background information.

With Bidrento, the lessee has the opportunity to make offers that are either above or below the object price and the lessor has the opportunity to get an overview of the potential lessee (background check) and then make an informed choice.
