Coffee morning☕Entering the UK market: How? When? What? A legal perspective

Are you considering entering the UK? Maybe you’ve received interest in your service/product from the UK? Whatever the reason, it is easy to assume that what proved successful in your home country will be equally rewarding in a new foreign market.

But this is not always the case and can often prove to be a costly mistake to make. Scaling a business is not a straightforward task, let alone internationally.

This is why we are bringing you know-how straight from the source – two experienced attorneys-at-law – Henry Humphreys, Managing Partner at Humphreys Law (London), and Kati Pino, Senior Associate at Hedman Law Firm. Both have advised numerous companies at various stages of maturity – Henry on the ground and Kati when companies are flipping their entities to the UK. Their talk will be moderated by Hedman’s Marketing Communications Manager, Dea Paraskevopoulos.
