Hedman Partners to mentor aspiring startup students at TUT Mektory

Hedman Partners has agreed to help the students at Tallinn University of Technology’s innovation and business centre Mektory with finding answers to their legal questions about startups, Hedman Partners’ lawyers will be mentoring and lecturing at Mektory in October and November.

Mektory will be holding a series of lectures and mentoring programs under the title “How to start up a startup?” until December 2015, the list of speakers and mentors includes several high-profile industry names from companies such as Fleep, Toggl, Transferwise, Startup Wise Guys, Pipedrive and GrabCad to name a few.

Hedman Partners’ lawyers Valter Võhma and Toomas Seppel will be giving a free lecture on startup legal issues at TUT’s Mektory on October 29th and make themselves available for mentoring to the students on November 11th.

Each startup team can have up to 30 minutes with the legal experts who will be answering all legal questions about export regulations, intellectual property rights, equity allocation, investor relations, setting up a company, shareholders agreements, personal rights, licensing models, product compliance and NDA agreements.
