Kaire advises our lawyers mainly in enforcement proceedings and supports them in court proceedings. Kaire’s long career in the bailiff’s office has made him a strong expert in the field, and he is also familiar with the details of enforcement proceedings.
Kaire has also dealt with the largest defamation cases in Estonia, which makes her a valued assistant in matters related to media and defamation. With Kaire’s help, defamers can be prosecuted, and various personal data and defamatory articles can be deleted from the internet.
During her career, Kaire has worked in various legal fields, including as a lawyer at the law firm EMERALDLEGAL and at the office of bailiffs Kaire Põlts and Kersti Seisler. Previously, she worked as a legal adviser at the Ministry of the Interior, so she is also well acquainted with the ins and outs of the legislative process.
Kaire has a master’s degree in law, which he obtained at the University of Tartu in 2013.
