Hedman Partners in cooperation with SPC Legal advised on Lithuanian-Estonian cross-border merger

The cross-border merger involved four Lithuanian companies and one Estonian company. The merger process was initiated in the summer of 2020 and completed in November 2020.

Hedman Partners advised on the legal aspects of the merger from the Estonian side and contributed to the successful completion of the merger process.
