We are delighted to announce that Hanne-Loore Mööl, formerly Senior Associate, has been named an Associate Partner at Hedman.
As of 1 September 2026, Senior Associate Hanne-Loore Mööl is an Associate Partner at Hedman Law Firm. Hanne-Loore joined Hedman in 2025 and leads our healthcare and life sciences practice. With more than ten years of legal experience, she advises companies and executives on corporate and M&A matters, commercial agreements, employment law and intellectual property, with particular depth in healthcare, life sciences and medical law.
Hanne-Loore has strong experience in the healthcare, biotechnology, MedTech and health-tech sectors. She advises hospitals, private clinics and healthcare companies on their operations and their commercial and regulatory matters, and has also advised companies working in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biotechnology.
Her experience includes, among other things, matters relating to the development, registration and market launch of pharmaceuticals, collaboration models, contracts, and intellectual property questions.
One of Hanne-Loore’s strengths is her ability to look beyond the legal question. She takes the time to understand the client’s business, goals and actual needs, and to find solutions that are not only legally sound but also work in practice.
